Our dedicated team of chefs bring a wealth of expertise, coupled with a passion for seasonality and provenance to the creation of tailored event menus. Not only does Green & Fortune deliver a quality product but we also educate our team on our story, enabling them to pass this passion onto the customer.
Our ‘Gate to Plate’ ethos
You might not know this, but Green & Fortune has its own farm in Northumberland – Corneyside Farm which supplies select cuts of lamb and beef to Sea Containers Events.
All the animals are born on the farm, hand reared by farmers Ian and Lynne Scott and grass fed on naturally fertilised land which is woven with clover and herbs.
The animals receive no growth hormones or steroids, they grow at their own pace. The meat is hung on the bone at our sister site Kings Place, where we have our own hanging room, before being cut by our in-house butcher who has over 10 years of experience in butchery.

Our menus are inventive and presented in creative ways as befits our iconic setting. Our cocktails are designed by our resident mixologist and our sweet treats are made onsite each day by our own head baker.
